Furnizare in sistem Leasin Financiar: – Autocuratitor Combinat = 1 buc Numarul de zile pana la care se pot solicita clarificari inainte de data limita de primire a ofertelor este de 13 zile. Entitatea contractanta va raspunde o singura data, in mod clar si complet, tuturor solicitarilor de clarificari cu 10 zile inainte de data limita de primire a ofertelor. In conformitate cu prevederile art 29 alin 3 din HG 394/2016, entitatea contractanta va raspunde doar la solicitările de clarificări adresate de operatorii economici până la termenul-limită stabilit.
