Description
Predmet nabave je fungicid za suzbijanje biljne bolesti - hrastove pepelnice (Microsphaera alphitoides) u obliku koncentrata za suspenziju. Sredstvo mora sadržavati kombinaciju aktivnih tvari boskalid (200 g/l) i krezoksim-metil (100 g/l). Na ovu nabavu primjenjuju se odredbe Zakona o održivoj uporabi pesticida (NN 46/22), te u smislu tog Zakona ponuđeni proizvod mora imati valjano rješenje o registraciji sredstva za zaštitu bilja i kao takvo se mora nalaziti na popisu registriranih sredstava za zaštitu bilja u Fitosanitarnom informacijskom sustavu (FIS) koji se vodi pri Ministarstvu poljoprivrede, šumarstva i ribarstva (https://fis.mps.hr/trazilicaszb/). U FIS-u pod formulacijom sredstva mora biti navedeno – koncentrat za suspenziju, pod namjenom sredstva – fungicid. Ponuđeno sredstvo mora imati rješenje (dozvolu za hitne mjere) za upotrebu u šumarstvu. Prihvatljiva pakiranja su 0,5 l, 1 l i 5 l.
