Description
Predmet nabave je fungicid za suzbijanje biljne bolesti - hrastove pepelnice (Microsphaera alphitoides) u obliku mikroemulzije. Sredstvo mora sadržavati aktivnu tvar tetrakonazol (40 g/l). Na ovu nabavu primjenjuju se odredbe Zakona o održivoj uporabi pesticida (NN 14/14, 115/18 i 32/20), te u smislu tog Zakona ponuđeni proizvod mora imati valjano rješenje o registraciji sredstva za zaštitu bilja i kao takvo se mora nalaziti na popisu registriranih sredstava za zaštitu bilja u Fitosanitarnom informacijskom sustavu (FIS) koji se vodi pri Ministarstvu poljoprivrede (https://fis.mps.hr/trazilicaszb/). U FIS-u pod formulacijom sredstva mora biti navedeno - mikroemulzija, pod namjenom sredstva - fungicid, pod kulturom- hrast (rasadnici i mladi nasadi), a pod štetni organizam-pepelnica (Microsphaera alphitoides).
