Detta ramavtal syftar till att säkerställa Kommunens behov av färsk frukt och grönsaker samt potatis. Kommunens tillagningskök har en ambition att öka andelen grönsaker i de måltider som serveras och samtidigt ha en hög kvalitet i de produkter som köps in. Kommunen ska öka den ekologiska andelen av livsmedelsinköpen där inköpen av färsk frukt och grönsaker kan bidra till en stor del av den ökningen.
