Description
Falkenbergs kommun har för avsikt att, efter genomförande av ett förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering enligt LOU (2016:1145) 6 kap 14 § punkt 3 och detta meddelande om frivillig förhandsinsyn, ingå avtal med Sokigo AB avseende underhåll, utveckling och support av e-tjänsteplattformen Abou för att säkerställa systemets funktionalitet. Falkenbergs kommun äger sedan tidigare nyttjanderätt till e-tjänsteplattformen Abou för kommunens e-tjänster avsedda för medborgare, medarbetare, m fl. Programvaran som Falkenbergs kommun äger nyttjanderätt till kräver underhåll, utveckling och support för att fungera i enlighet med kommunens behov. Då nuvarande avtal som innefattar underhåll, utveckling och support löper ut behöver ett nytt avtal upphandlas. Äganderätten för programvaran tillhör Sokigo AB. Underhåll, utveckling och support kan på grund av att programvaran skyddas av ensamrätt endast tillhandahållas av Sokigo AB. Falkenbergs kommun annonserar i enlighet med LOU (2016:1145) 10 kap. 5 § LOU, meddelande om frivillig förhandsinsyn i syfte att försäkra sig om att ingen annan leverantör kan tillhandahålla underhåll, utveckling och support av kommunens e-tjänster via e-tjänst…
