Description
Beskrivning av kontraktsföremålet Sundbybergs stad har efter genomförande av ett förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering enligt LOU (2016:1145) 6 kap 14 § punkt 3 och denna frivilliga förhandsinsyn, för avsikt att ingå avtal med Tietoevry AB (559435-9001) avseende underhåll och support av redan tidigare upphandlat diariesystem, Public 360. Motivering varför upphandlingen inte annonserats Sundbyberg stad har tidigare köpt en sitelicens med nyttjanderätt för systemet Public 360 enligt tidigare avtal. Staden har nu behov av support och underhåll avseende produktsviten Public 360. Endast Tietoevry kan leverera en sådan support och underhåll varpå Parterna har kommit överens om att Tietoevry ska leverera Tjänsten.
