Description
Kommunen avser att teckna ett nytt support- och underhållsavtal med Leverantören Stratsys med avtalstiden 2025-02-10-2027-12-31 med möjlighet till förlängning i ett (1) + ett (1) år. Bergs kommun äger 80 licenser för verksamhetsplanerings-och uppföljningsverktyget Stratsys. Plattformen innehåller ett antal verktyg för kommunal verksamhetsplanering förutom övergripande planering och rapportering finns också stöd för mötesadministration, intern kontroll, systematiskt arbetsmiljöarbete samt kvalitetsledningssystem för skola. Stratsys har exklusiv rätt att tillhandahålla support- och underhållstjänster för dessa licenser samt äger verksamhetssystemet i sin helhet. Med denna annons av förhandsinsyn vill Bergs kommun informera om sina avsikter att genomföra förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering enligt LOU (2016:1145) 6 kap. 14 § punkt 3. Bergs kommun har för avsikt att ingå avtal med Stratsys AB avseende support- och underhåll, drift, tillkommande licenser for programvara samt löpande konsulttjänst för Stratsys. I samband med annons om förhandsinsyn träder en avtalsspärr i kraft. Avtal kommer att tecknas tidigast 10 dagar från den dagen annonsen om förhandsinsyn publicerats…
