Description
IT-stöden för hantering av tekniska och läkemedelsnära produkter är fullt integrerade i Region Kalmar läns verksamhetsprocesser. Det är därför inte aktuellt med ett nytt IT-stöd. Avseende tekniska hjälpmedel har nuvarande leverantör 95% av svenska marknaden för regioner. För läkemedelsnära produkter använder över 60% av regionerna leverantörens lösningar. Dessutom använder merparten av Sveriges kommuner eller kommunsammanslutningar produkterna. Det finns i dagsläget inga konkurrenter som kan erbjuda tjänsten i den skala som krävs.
