Description
1. Upphandlingens syfte Region Västmanland avser att teckna avtal om ett kliniskt kunskaps- och beslutsstöd för användning inom regionens hälso- och sjukvård. Syftet är att tillhandahålla ett evidensbaserat beslutsstöd som täcker hela bredden av diagnoser, stödjer kliniskt beslutsfattande och behandlingsrekommendationer samt kan integreras med regionens vårdinformationssystem. 2. Upphandlingens omfattning Avtalet avser UpToDate Enterprise kompletterat med LexiDrug från Wolters Kluwer. Systemet omfattar evidensbaserad medicinsk kunskap, läkemedelsdatabas med interaktionsstöd, kliniska kalkylatorer samt patientinformation. Tjänsten ska göras tillgänglig för samtliga behöriga användare* inom regionens vårdorganisation och vara integrerbar med befintliga vårdsystem. (* Som behörig användare avses ”clinicians” och ”residents” enligt Wolters Klüwers definitioner. Regionen har enligt dessa 816 clinicians och 351 residents.) Avtalstid: 4 år från avtalets tecknande.
