Description
Region Stockholm och Läkarnas institut för professionell utveckling inom sjukvården (LIPUS) AB, nedan kallat Lipus, avser att avtala om extern granskning av AT, BT och ST-utbildning i Region Stockholm. Granskningarna syftar till att säkerställa att de krav som ställs i SOSFS 2015:8 och HSLF-FS 2021:8 uppfylls. Ytterst handlar granskningarna om att bidra till en förbättring av lärandemiljön och utbildningsklimatet i Region Stockholm. Lipus är de enda som tillhandahåller dessa tjänster. Med detta skäl anser regionen att villkoren i LOU kap. 6 § 14 3:e punkten är uppfyllda. Avtalsspärr gäller till 2024-07-04.
