GEOSECMA for ArcGIS är en GIS-baserad programvara anpassad för samhällsbyggnadsprocessen. GIS står för geografiska informationssystem. I ett GIS länkas digitala kartor samman med geografiskt knuten information. Produkter i kontraktsföremålet Knivsta kommun har följande programprodukter: • ArcGIS kommunlicens • GEOSECMA for ArcGIS Följande GEOSECMA moduler/licenser har Knivsta kommun: o Gaida SBI o Gaida Dwg/DXF o GEOSECMA/Gaida Fysisk planering o GEOSECMA/Gaida Gata o Gaida Karta o Gaida LVDB o Gaida LTF Knivsta kommun äger sedan tidigare nyttjanderätt till nuvarande systemlösning (GEOSECMA for ArcGIS). Denna upphandling avser endast support och underhåll av systemlösningen samt tillhörande tjänster. Då efterfrågade tjänster på grund av tekniska skäl och på grund av ensamrätt endast kan tillhandahållas/utföras av en viss leverantör (LOU 2016:1145 6 kap. 14 § punkt 2 och 3) kommer upphandlingsförfarandet Förhandlat förfarande utan föregående annonsering att tillämpas.
