Eskilstuna Strängnäs Energi & Miljö AB (ESEM) har elter genomförd direktupphandling och denna frivilliga förhandsinsyn för avsikt att ingå avtal på 6 år med Oy Indmeas Industrial Measurements Ab avseende kalibrering för att säkerställa korrekt produktionsuppföljning och miljöredovisning. ESEM har genomfört en marknadsanalys som visar att det endast finns en leverantör på marknaden som kan leverera den kalibreringstjänsten som ESEM nyttjar.
