NULÄGE Beställaren använder idag friskvårdsportalen Epassi till Beställarens alla medarbetare (även timavlönade) som idag är cirka 13 000 medarbetare. Friskvårdsbidraget är 2 800 kr/år Nuvarande system är integrerat med Heroma och ERP Agresso (Unit4). MÅL I en stor organisation som Beställarens behövs en effektiv, användarvänlig friskvårdsportal som är förenlig med vid var tid gällande lagstiftning. Friskvårdsportalen ska underlätta Beställarens arbetssätt när medarbetare nyttjar sitt friskvårdsbidrag. Beställaren ser ett ökat behov av att Friskvårdsportalen kan integreras med andra system. Friskvårdsportalen ska vara en digital tjänst för administration av Beställarens friskvårdsbidrag på ett korrekt och säkert sätt.
