Skövde kommun har en förmånsportal som ger medarbetarna en tydlig översyn av sina förmåner. En av förmånerna är friskvårdsbidrag. Kommunen avser att upphandla ett system för administrativ hantering av friskvårdsbidrag som ska driftas av Leverantören. I upphandlingen ingår mjukvara, service och supportavtal för Tjänsten, projektledningsstöd och teknikresurs vid implementation samt en driftresurs som är väl insatt i tjänsten.
