Description
Regionen behöver stöd i att effektivisera sina arbetsprocesser inom ekonomiområdet och söker en leverantör som kan erbjuda ett användarvänligt, processorienterat och kostnadseffektivt system. Regionen avser att upphandla en helhetstjänst innefattande programvara och nödvändig teknisk plattform (operativsystem, databas, servers etc.). Upphandlingens övergripande syfte är att införskaffa ett användarvänligt och modernt IT-stöd för att erhålla ett kostnadseffektivt IT-stöd genom att förenkla rutinerna och arbetssätt, skapa förutsättningar för ett processorienterat digitalt arbetssätt, kunna erbjuda plattformsoberoende och mobilt arbete i systemet genom att använda webb och appar, enkelt kunna integreras med andra verksamhetssystem och externa parter t.ex. myndigheter för att möjliggöra effektiv och säker hantering av dataflöden. Det totala värdet för ingående varor/tjänster i denna upphandling under aktuell avtalsperiod inkl. optionsår beräknas uppgå till ca 6,5 miljoner SEK.
