The background to this tender is assistance needed by the Commission for the implementation of the Single European Sky (SES) policy, in particular: 1. to support the Commission overseeing the implementation of SES , including assessing impacts on various groups of actors. 2. to support work of EASA in carrying of its activities in relation to SES and Air Traffic Management
