Description
The purpose of the framework contract is to provide at short notice the contracting authority with highly qualified external expertise to support with objectivity the contracting authority in the proper implementation of EU initiatives and legislation in the area of Energy Efficiency and Renewables. The requested services will include a number of diversified tasks in support to the creation, implementation and review of EU initiatives, programmes and legislation in the field of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy, such as: studies, evaluations and impact assessments, technical, legal and economic assistance, data collection, modelling, and support to communication including organisation of events. The Framework contract shall provide high qualified expertise related to Energy Efficiency and/or Renewable Energy, in various sectors such as, but not limited to, Products, Industry, SMEs, Buildings and Transport and covering specific topics, such as, but not limited to: Long-term renovation strategies, building renovation, minimum energy performance requirements, smart buildings, energy performance certificates, one-stop-shops and advice mechanisms, nearly zero-energy buildings, ele…
