Description

The European Peace Facility (EPF) established by Council Decision (CFSP) 2021/509 finances assistance measures in support of partner military forces of beneficiary Third States, Regional or International organisations. The European Commission, Service for Foreign Policy Instruments (FPI), acting as the Administrator for assistance measures, is exploring the possibility to launch, in the course of 2024, a call for tenders for the conclusion of framework contracts in order to procure non-lethal equipment pertaining to the following three broad categories: Medical facilities and/or equipment ; vehicles ; and individual equipment for soldiers. Procurement under these contracts may include delivery at the beneficiaries’ location as well as training and maintenance services. The overall procurement shall be financed by the EPF, as regulated by Council Decision (CFSP)2021/509 and the EPF Implementing Rules (doc. ST 15767/22).
