Description
The objective of the framework agreements is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for various clothing as well as personal field, protection and security equipment for personnel in the Norwegian Civil Defence. The framework agreements can also be used by DSB ́s entities in accordance with requirements.

Participation requirements
- Tenderers shall have sufficient economic and financial capacity to fulfil the contractual obligations.
- Tenderers shall have a quality assurance system adapted to the delivery and the risks involved.
- Tenderers shall have environmental management measures and procedures that ensure minimisation of the environmental impact in all sections of the delivery.
- Tenderers shall be registered in a company register, professional register or a commerce register in the country where the tenderer is established.
- Norwegian tenderers must have their affairs in order with respect to the payment of tax, employer contribution and value added tax (VAT).
- Tenderers shall have experience with comparable deliveries
