Description
The objective of the framework agreement is to cover the contracting authority ́s need for assignments within commercial brokering. The need includes, assessment of rent and market price for developed and undeveloped properties, the hire of ongoing contracts, area considerations, consultancy services for the procurement and sale of the university ́s properties and the processes' accompanying document processing, as well as, except, assistance with renting an area to external tenants.
