Description
These Framework Agreements aim at supporting the activities of the Advisory Services for Project Development Assistance and Horizontal Studies, Ecosystems Development and Corporate Governance advisory as follows: (i) Under Lot 1: Project Development Assistance (PDA), to projects originated and/or managed by the Growth Finance Advisory division and/or the Corporate Advisory division and falling under the InvestEU advisory mandate (or its relevant successor during the transition period if applicable). (ii) Under Lot 2: Horizontal activities supporting dedicated studies / in-depth research originated and/or managed by Growth Finance Advisory division and/or the Corporate Advisory division, in specific geographical areas (EU-27 and EFTA), industrial sub-sectors and markets, emerging technologies and emerging technological trends (for example: Sustainable Liquid Fuels, Artificial Intelligence, Quantum, Critical Raw Materials, etc) (iii) Under Lot 3: Ecosystem Development services originated and/or managed by the Growth Finance Advisory division and/or the Corporate Advisory division such as the organisation of events, sectorial company mappings, provision of expert input for the draft…
