Description
Lindesnes municipality intends to enter into a framework agreement for painting services. This will mainly concern assignments related to maintenance, repairs and rebuilding. The agreement also applies to flooring and covering. The agreement will never prevent the client from carrying out painting work on its own. This will be accompanied by the delivery of some material, as in many cases it will be appropriate for the supplier to bring the material that is necessary for the performance of the assignment in question. Even if the procurement includes some material, it is emphasized that this agreement does not grant any exclusivity on the delivery of such material, and that the client is also not obliged to purchase material from the service provider. Lindesnes municipality is thus free to purchase material from other framework agreements and still use the contract supplier for work to be carried out without a mark-up in the agreed prices for work.
