Description

Lindesnes municipality shall procure a framework agreement for painting services. The assignments will mainly be for maintenance, repairs and alterations. The contract also includes floor laying and coverings. The contract will never prevent the contracting authority from carrying out painting work itself. There will be the delivery of some material, as in many cases it will be appropriate that the tenderer has the material necessary for the execution of the assignment in question. Although the procurement comprises some material, emphasis is put on the fact that this contract does not give any exclusivity on the delivery of such material, nor is the Contracting Authority obliged to procure materials from the service provider. Lindesnes municipality is thus free to purchase materials from other framework agreements and still use the contract supplier for work that shall be carried out without mark-up in the agreed prices for work.
