Description
Kristiansand municipality, the Contracting Authority, would like to enter into a framework agreement for the hire of lorries and machines with and without drivers with several tenderers. Tenders can be submitted for parts of the delivery and within the different categories. The competition has two main parts: The hire of vehicles and machines with driversIn hire of cars and machines without drivers, there are several categories that tenders can be submitted for. A contract will be signed with all qualified tenderers per category. The categories are listed in point 1.4.6 below. The contracting authority can terminate the lease relationship immediately and without prior notification if the tenderer does not provide the expected competence and/or quality, or if breaches are uncovered against the current regulations, laws or requirements. The contracting authority can end the lease terms immediately and without prior notification if there is no longer an assignment based need for the service.
