Description
The Norwegian Communications Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for recruitment services. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure Nkom access to qualified recruitment assistance in the employment cases that are necessary. Nkom mainly has employees in three different disciplines; technologists, economists and lawyers. Within these disciplines it will be necessary for tenderers to assist in the employment of department director, section managers or selected case officer positions. Nkom requests tenders for the entire recruitment process, but reserves the right to use all or parts of the tender from process to process.
