Description
The Norwegian Communications Authority wishes to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for recruitment services. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure Nkom access to qualified recruitment assistance in the employment cases that are necessary. Be it all or parts of the recruitment process. The assistance will be called-off by the contracting authority as needed in each individual process. A consultant from HR in Nkom and the functioning manager for the unit will participate in the process together with an external consultant.
