Description
The consultants ́ role will primarily contribute to Norad ́s platform for strategy, management and organisation development having a relevant content that is both future orientated but also practical in terms of giving managers support to stand in the changes. There will be some need for the consultants to participate in joint activities, but also contribute to other activities; coworker guidance, coaching and support for the department management groups will be somewhat. There are internal resources who will participate in all planning and execution.
