Description

The Norwegian Defence logistics organisation will enter into a framework agreement for maintenance services and upgrades to the Royal Ship Norway.

Award criteria

• Price — Under this criteria, the contracting authority will assess • The prices stated in Annex D • The Norwegian Armed Forces' additional costs
• Quality — Under this criteria, the contracting authority will assess • Connecting to land power • Pollution management for dry docking of the ship • Handling waste/hazardous waste
• Quality — Under this criteria, the contracting authority will assess the offered key personnel who shall carry out clinker work.
