Description

Harstad municipality would like to enter into a framework agreement with 1 tenderer for facilitating e-bikes through leasing and purchasing for all employees in Harstad municipality. They employees can choose whether they would like to lease or purchase electric bicycles through the agreement. Harstad municipality can also enter into a leasing contract or purchase for its own use in operation.
