Description
Harstad municipality is holding the notice on behalf of Harstad Havn KF. Harstad Havn KF is the contract owner. Harstad Havn KF intends to enter into a cooperation agreement with Fourpro Solutions AS for the further development of an existing digital interaction platform. The platform was originally developed in cooperation between Fourpro Solutions AS and Tromsø Havn KF, and shall now be implemented at Harstad Havn KF with adaptations to local operational needs. Further developments and adaptations will take place in close cooperation with Tromsø Harbour KF and any other participating ports, with the aim of ensuring joint goal achievement, efficient interaction, good communication and technical integration between the ports.
