Description
The contracting authority shall enter into a framework agreement for the purchase of graphical design, idea and concept development. The contract is for the delivery of strategic communication advice and practical production, and the tenderer shall have great implementation ability for many simultaneous projects. The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement with one tenderer for the delivery of the entire delivery. The framework agreement period is up to four years from signing of the contract.

- Quality — Assessment of the offered quality, based on evaluation of CVs for the offered core team (which are given a weight of 60%) and the tenderer ́s response to Annex 1 of the framework agreement, including…
- Price — Tender letter and the tenderer ́s completed version with hourly rates of Annex 2, the Tenderer ́s tender, Annex 1 Price Form. Each price category of the offered hourly rates is again weighted by 20%.
