Description
The objective of the agreement is to ensure high quality of the decision basis and that fulfils the requirements for reports in the government sector. The contract includes assistance within the following areas: • Reports that fulfil the review instructions ́ requirements • Socio-economic analysis • Contribution to the design of the profit realisation plan. • Process and/or project management of development and review work.
Award criteria
- Quality — A total evaluation of the tender quality will be carried out, based on the following: the tenderer ́s response to the customer ́s requirement specifications.
- Price — Under price, a combined evaluation of hourly rates for the different personnel categories will form the basis.
