Description
The contract's point 1.1 Purpose and extent. The contracting authority needs a framework agreement for external capacity within the interfaces cyber security and privacy. The objective of the framework agreement is to enter into a contract with a tenderer who can cover the Contracting Authority ́s need for consultancy services with good competence within the contract area and associated services in an efficient manner. A framework agreement shall be signed with one tenderer. The framework agreement shall be based on partnership principles, with the aim of ensuring competence sharing, continual improvement and effective use of resources. The framework agreement is not exclusive There can be a need for resources at different resource levels, including junior consultants, consultants, senior consultants. Most of the need will be consultants and senior consultants, but the distribution between the resource levels will last throughout the framework agreement period based on the contracting authority ́s needs. The framework agreement will include the procurement of consultants at the Contracting Authority ́s premises in Oslo, primarily in the Department for Legal and Compliance. …
