Description
Framework agreement for consultancy services within ICT. The objective of the framework agreement is to ensure access to external assistance in accordance with the contracting authority ́s requirements connected to capacity and competence within the framework agreement ́s disciplines. The contracting authority will enter into this framework agreement on behalf of its own company and for the Election Directorate, which is co-located with DSB in Tønsberg. DSB is responsible for entering into and following-up the framework agreement. The entities are independently responsible for their own call-offs on the framework agreement.
