Description
The Norwegian Directorate for Civil Protection and Stand-by manages several different properties. The property portfolio includes several rock installations, of which several are previous alarm places (meet-up places) for the Norwegian Civil Defence. Most of these plants are located in the central areas of Eastern Norway and Oslo. DSB would like to carry out a technical fire condition and status report for several of these properties. At the same time, we would also like to establish or update fire concepts for the current or any future use of the properties/installations, including assessment of permits and personal impact. Tenderers must, as a minimum, be able to offer the following for the framework agreement: • Technical fire condition analyses (condition and status report) assessed against the Building Engineering Regulations and the Act on fire prevention, including list of measures and price estimates. • Prepare a fire concept, including concepts for escape and management systems. • Preparation of orientation and escape plans. • Prepare fire instructions • Establish and update floor plans with technical fire information.
