Description
HC-dir would like to enter into a framework agreement for communication services. The framework agreement includes assistance with: • communication consultancy • content production• graphic design/illustration/infographic/animation• photoSe more detailed description in Annex 1 - the Contracting Authority's requirement specification.
Award criteria
- Quality — Tenderers are requested to respond to the requirements in Annex 2 - the tenderer ́s solution description.
- Price — Tenderers are asked to state the price in annex 3 - Prices. The prices shall be stated in NOK excluding VAT.
