Description
The contracting authority shall enter into a 2 year framework agreement with an option for 1+1 year for cleaning machines. The framework agreement shall also include the delivery of necessary materials. The options will be automatically taken up unless the contracting authority gives notice otherwise at the latest three months before the contract expires or the option year. The estimated start is 1 June 2025.
Award criteria
- Price — Tenderers with the lowest price in the price form will get 35 points. The other tenderers will have their tenders reversed in accordance with the relative method.
- Quality — Under quality, tenderers will be assessed in relation to the answers as stated in point 5.2. More fulfilment beyond requirements in the requirement specifications counts positively, whilst minor…
