Description
The aim of this procurement is to meet the need for semi-automatic heart starters with consumption (electrodes, batteries, brackets, bag and training defibrillators for heart starters.
Award criteria
- Price — Price - total evaluation sum
- Quality — The shelf life of the electrodes ought to be over 5 years.
- Quality — The battery ́s shelf life should be over 5 years.
- Quality — AED Defibrillator should satisfy MILSTD-810H Method 516.8 Procedure IV or equivalent (drop height).
- Quality — AED Defibrillator should satisfy MILSTD-810H Method 516.8 Procedure I or equivalent (operative shock).
- Quality — AED Defibrillator should satisfy MILSTD-810H vibration test Method 514.6 procedure I or equivalent.
- Quality — AED Defibrillator ought to have a simple function for switching between Norwegian and English.
- Quality — AED Defibrillators ought to give instructions via a display for use in noise-free environments.
- Quality — The maximum external size should not exceed: B 240 mm x D 100 mm x H 310 mm.
- Quality — Weight ready for use should not exceed 2.5 kg.
- Quality — The battery for the AED Defibrillator should have a minimum of 500 shocks.
- Quality — AED Defibrillators ought to have a clear display in sunlight.
