Description
Le présent appel d'offres a pour objet la conclusion d'un contrat-cadre portant sur l'achat et la livraison directe de fournitures de bureau à différents sites de l'administration cantonale. En outre, le soumissionnaire doit être en mesure de stocker, à ses frais, certains articles définis, notamment du papier et des produits imprimés, pour le compte du pouvoir adjudicateur. Les quantités d'achat indiquées sont basées sur des données empiriques et servent à calculer et à comparer les offres. Elles ne constituent pas un engagement d'achat. Le volume d'achat réel dépend des besoins de chaque utilisateur et peut varier en conséquence. Afin d'uniformiser la gamme de fournitures de bureau et de garantir la comparabilité des offres, une gamme de référence est définie.
