<br/>L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires et forfaitaires.<br/>Cette consultation comprend l'achat, l'installation, la maintenance (vidange, nettoyage, maintenance curative…) des nouvelles machines et des machines déjà en possession du GPMM, le dépannage de ces fontaines de dégraissage, ainsi que la fourniture des consommables associés sachant que le traitement des déchets produits (évacuation et traitement) ne peut en être dissocié. Il est rappelé qu'aucun produit ou déchet ne sera stocké sur le site du GPMM et tous les déchets seront évacués pour traitement. La traçabilité de ces déchets devra pouvoir faire l'objet de contrôles. Fréquence : Les intervalles de passage pour l'entretien et la maintenance régulière des fontaines sont établis pour une fréquence de 6 passages par an. Le GPMM se réserve le droit de modifier la cadence des passages sans frais supplémentaires. La facturation sera effectuée mensuellement. <br/>
