La présente consultation est lancée selon la procédure de l'appel d'offres ouvert définie aux articles R2161-2 à R2161-5 du Code de la Commande publique. Les prestations feront l'objet de 2 accords-cadres sans minimum et avec maximum conclus chacun avec un seul opérateur économique, et exécutés par émission de bons de commande suivant les dispositions des articles R2162-2, R2162-4 à R2162-6, R2162-13 et R2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Les candidats devront fournir, à titre gracieux, un échantillon de chacun des articles identifiés à l'annexe au règlement de la consultation
