Description
Consultation lancée par un groupement de commandes. Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes constitué avec le CCAS est la COMMUNE DU TAMPON qui a en charge la passation, la signature et la notification de l'accord-cadre. Chaque membre du groupement sera chargé de l'exécution de l'accord-cadre pour ce qui le concerne. L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. En cas d'atteinte du seuil maximum prévu au marché, l'accord-cadre peut être reconduit de manière anticipée pour une nouvelle période d'un an. La durée de l'accord-cadre sera ainsi réduite au prorata des mois anticipés
