La présente consultation a pour objet une mission de maitrise d'oeuvre (AVP, PRO, ACT, VISA, DET, AOR) et des missions complémentaires (étude d'impact, opérateur foncier pour négociation des limites d'emprise, études géotechniques). Le détail des missions confiées au titulaire figure au cahier des charges. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires
