<br/>L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande.<br/>Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée.<br/>Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires.<br/>La loi «Nouvelle Organisation du Marché de l'Electricité» du 07 décembre 2010, dite loi NOME, prévoit la suppression des Tarifs Réglementés de Vente pour les contrats de puissance supérieure à 36 kVA et la mise en concurrence des fournisseurs d'électricité. FLUXEL S.A.S. - opérateur portuaire des terminaux pétroliers de Fos et Lavera (13 - Bouches du Rhône) lance un appel d'offre pour la fourniture et l'acheminement de l'électricité aux différents points de livraison concernés. 4 points de livraisons 20kV, dont la puissance est supérieure à 36 kVA sont concernés. Ils sont les suivants : - Poste P1 - TP Lavera - P souscrite actuelle = 400 kW - Bât Adm - ZIL Lavera - P souscrite actuelle = 220 kW - Poste HL - TP Fos - P souscrite actuelle = 280 kW - Poste PAM 3 - Quartier des Aulmes Fos sur Mer - P souscrite actuelle = 60 kW 1 Poste de livraison 400V dont la puissance est de 9kVA - Poste BT Fos Cavaou<br/>
