Description
Les prestations sont réglées par des prix forfaitaires. Le marché conclu devra : - mettre en oeuvre au bénéfice des salariés de FLUXEL un régime de complémentaire santé dans le cadre d'un contrat responsable, collectif et obligatoire, comprenant des suppléments et option facultatifs ; - proposer un régime facultatif de complémentaire santé aux salariés et anciens salariés de FLUXEL définis à l'article 2.2 du Cahier des Clauses Techniques Particulières (salariés en congé sabbatique ou congé pour création d'entreprise, salariés partant à la retraite pendant la durée du marché, anciens salariés retraités, CAATA, Pénibilité, titulaires d'une pension d'invalidité ou d'incapacité, ...)
