Description
La présente consultation a pour objet l'acquisition de produits horticoles pour les pépinières communales, et comprend 5 lots. Elle fait suite à une première procédure déclarée infructueuse. Chaque lot correspond à un accord-cadre mono-attributaire qui sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Chaque lot fera l'objet d'une attribution séparée. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. L'accord-cadre est conclu pour un an à compter de sa notification et reconductible tacitement par période annuelle dans la limite de 4 ans. En cas d'atteinte du seuil maximum, il peut être reconduit de manière anticipée pour une nouvelle période, sans jamais pouvoir excéder 4 ans d'exécution. La durée totale toute période de reconduction confondue sera ainsi réduite au prorata des mois anticipés
