Description
L'accord-cadre sera exécuté par l'émission de bons de commande. Les prestations sont réglées par des prix unitaires. Les montants estimatifs sont indicatifs et comprennent la totalité des périodes de reconduction. L'accord-cadre s'exécute dans le cadre d'un groupement de commandes conformément aux articles L. 2113-6 à L. 2113-8 du Code de la commande publique avec les organismes suivants : - Mairie de Lattes - CCAS de Lattes Le coordonnateur du groupement de commandes est : MAIRIE DE LATTES . Il a en charge la passation, la signature et la notification de l'accord-cadre. Chaque membre doit suivre l'exécution de l'accord-cadre. L'accord-cadre est conclu à compter du 01/01/2025 (ou à compter de la date de notification si elle est postérieure) jusqu'au 31/12/2025. Il est reconduit tacitement jusqu'à son terme. Le nombre de périodes de reconduction est fixé à 3. La durée de chaque période de reconduction est de 12 mois. La durée maximale du contrat, toutes périodes confondues, est de 48 mois. Le montant maximum par période est défini comme suit : Mairie de Lattes : 130 000 euro(s) HT CCAS de Lattes : 10 000 euro(s) HT
