Le présent marché de fournitures a pour objet l’achat de matériel électrique (câbles, lampes, interrupteurs, prises, connecteurs, ...). Le présent marché n'est pas divisé en lots en raison du fait qu'une telle division rendrait l'exécution du marché extrêmement complexe sur le plan technique et organisationnel. En effet, l'objet du marché concerne l'acquisition de produits spécifiques par projet, produits livrables ou à récupérer par commande en une fois de préférence. De plus, il est prévu une remise en concurrence pour chaque commande au-delà d’un certain seuil. Il ne peut donc faire l'objet d'un allotissement.
