Description
La consultation porte sur la relance des lots infructueux de fourniture de denrées alimentaires pour la restauration dans les écoles maternelles, primaires et élémentaires de la ville de Saint-Denis et pour d'autres évènements ponctuels. La restauration dans les écoles s'effectue : - en temps scolaire, les lundis, mardis, jeudis et vendredis ; - en temps périscolaire et extrascolaire lors des accueils de loisirs sans hébergement (ALSH), les mercredis et durant les vacances. Il s'agit d'un accord-cadre multi attributaires (articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 du CCP) donnant lieu à des bons de commande (articles R2162-13 et R2162-14 du CCP). L'accord-cadre est avec un montant mini et avec un maxi par lot
