Description
Les prestations donnent lieu à un accord-cadre à bons de commande sans minimum et avec un maximum annuel de 338 000 euros HT pour l'ensemble des lots, en application des articles R2162-1 à R2162-6 et R2162-13 à R2162-14 du Code de la Commande Publique. Les marchés sont conclus à compter du 01/01/25 pour une durée d'un an. Ils seront reconductibles pour l'année 2026. Il s'agit d'un accord cadre à bons de commande, par lot, conclu avec plusieurs titulaires (3, sous réserve d'un nombre suffisant d'offres).
